Critical measures sometimes require that processes and key values in a project are supervised by an external institution which is not involved in the project.

In this way conflicts of interest between in-house participants are avoided. Hard proven facts can be used for neutral controlling.

The supervising function supplies answers to the following questions:

  • Is the organisational structure and the organisational processes organised in an optimum way.
  • Are the controlling instruments in use in an optimum position?
  • How should the schedule which has been communicated be assessed?
  • Are the forecasted costs correct?
  • Has the marketing basis changed?
  • Are the operating and maintenance costs changing?

We have detailed experience in supervising critical projects!
