    Project data

    Planning: Hahlhege Controlling

    Start: February 2004

    Completion: April 2004

  • Scope of work

With the help of a feasibility study the necessary civil engineering and interior technical requirements were identified, evaluated and integrated into the ensuing calculations.

In addition the planners defined the factors which, according to planning law, were subject to planning permission, and showed the resulting implications with regard to the structural engineering and the interior heating/ventilation systems.

The feasibility study not only gave a prognosis on the commercial practicability of the planned health care centre but also additional positive new ideas for the entire complex.
